The Mussar Practice

What is Mussar? How can this Jewish practice help you to become your best self? What is your soul curriculum?

Mussar means "correction" or “instruction” but is the simple modern Hebrew word for ethics. 

Paulette Black will lead a workshop to explore the history of Mussar, learn about soul traits (middoth), our soul curriculum, the practice Mussar to bring increased balance and fulfillment to our lives.  This will be an interactive workshop where you can learn more about yourself and others.
